"I called to have my watch serviced only to have the manager imply that it is a fake without looking at it. To me this is not a very good way to do business. I felt insulted that he would assume that. Edit: I understand but don't you think that you would want to see the watch before you assume that it was a fake. I purchased the watch over 20 years ago, as I understand it, if I do not have the paperwork then you are unable to tell if it is real or not. I would think that you, being a rolex dealer, would be able to tell. Being a fake or not, you would still have the chance to service it. I still think that it is poor service not to look at it before assuming it is a fake."
