"This store is DISGUSTING! I'm sure I brought home a baby cockroach from this nasty store. Will NEVER shop at a family dollar again. And it's not just this location. All of them in Kalamazoo are unorganized and a total nasty mess! I feel like family dollar violated me. I went through so many different emotions right when I seen the cockroach causing me to almost pass out but I also was in a state of shock. I cant sleep. I think I need to file a lawsuit"

"I went into this store to buy sunglasses. Its a dump of a store by the way. I saw many pairs of glasses that looked a like, and all had a tag the said 8 dollars. I found a pair and went to pay. She tried to ring me up but the sku code wasn't in their system. So she said "I can't sell these to you, because I can't find it in the system" threw the glasses down on Her counter and walked away. That was a wrap. I went to the dollar store across the street instead and saved money. Poor service."
"I came in here for a very specific shopping list, to look for manicure items and supplies for my scuba diving kit. I was able to score both sets of items at this family dollar. The location is convenient, in a strip mall on west main with other stores of various quality and price points, so if you can't get what you need there you can check here!"
