"I had a great experience when I got my cartilage pierced a couple months ago. Jewelry pricing is very reasonable and service is nice. It felt very clean and the staff were able to answer all my questions. They were very patient with me when I was indecisive about what jewelry I wanted. I appreciated that they reminded me that it the piece is all up to me, but gave me their input as well. I liked being told that ultimately the placement and jewelry was up to me, and whatever I wanted. I felt very in control but not lost. I did unfortunately had to get the piercing removed because my ear started to grow over the stud. This was very well, and I’m very confident that it was, due to me sleeping on the piercing occasionally. I would suggest that this studio sells a cleaning product for the piercing, like a spray treatment. Would definitely be returning to this studio!"

I apologize as I don't remember the gentleman's name working the counter(I'm terrible with names) but he was very forthcoming, helpful and professional. The way they both explained everything thoroughly, the attention to detail, the professionalism, cleanliness, comfortability, all of it was outstanding.
