"Very impressed by their customer service. We had a piece of facia come off of our roof/siding border due to high winds. Not a big job, but it was on a part of the roof that was awkward to try to access. I was originally told it would take a week or two for them to schedule us, which was still better than every other handyman company I talked to. But then they called me the next day and offered to come out that afternoon to get this done before storms rolled in later that night. We were so thankful for that. They had it fixed up in a short amount of time. I went through the ringer with other companies saying I needed to rent a lift and spend up to 5x what Pennings was asking for their hourly rate minimum. I would absolutely recommend them, and we will be using them for any other handyman jobs we may need in the future."
"Pennings came and installed a stand alone tub in what was a bathroom closet. They tiled the enclosure, installed the tub and a stand-alone faucet. They did amazing work, were professional and cleaned up after themselves every time a worker came. Due to circumstances beyond their control I had them come back at later date and change the faucet. Once again we were so impressed with what they did. they got back to us promptly, evaluated the project and confirmed that the work could be done. We highly recommend Pennings Handyman to anyone interested in a professional company that values their customers and strives to see that the work is done to the satisfaction of the client."
