"These guys are scam artists. We bought a $3000 womens engagement ring and $1000 mens ring. We was charged $177 for the sizing of the rings. And also charged over $500 for some "cherished warranty" that has so many stipulations that there is no way they can honor the warranty in the future we would have to take the jewelry in twice a year for 2 weeks each time for servicing. God help we go out of town and miss just one servicing and the warranty is void. Paul never even told us about any of the extra charges also. Luckily we spotted the charges and got the refund for the spotty warranty. Dont even get me started on their financing. Its just a scammy company all around. And after reading the BBB reviews this is no place for anyone to buy their engagement rings as there are thousands of people on their with the same problems as i had with them. The consumer protection guys let these companies do whatever they want. And i thought Zales was bad. We got 30% off but thats actually the $700 they tried to scam out of us in other ways. Next time im going somewhere else for my jewelry needs never buying jewelry in a mall again."

"They sell broken jewelry and make you come in to fix but said it wasn't fixable. We were told we can have a new one shipped to us and made sure we had the correct address but got a call today that they can't ship it out and we have to come in to get a new one. Update: My husband asked for a refund and the manager said to ship it to us but they're scared it will be stolen so that's why it wasn't shipped to us. Also had a different address on file so we'll see if it actually makes it here."
