"Routinely understaffed . Almost to the point I feel guilty buying anything since the staff seem to be doing their absolute best... but with one person doing piercing and the register.. it's too much for anyone. And one time it was just... closed. I assumed due to lack of staff."
"It's an easy place to go to to get ears pierced, but the wait can be long. Cute stuff available. Sometimes there are good sales and other times not. I don't go often; I just went to get my ears pierced. Prices went up for that, but I guess that's the way it goes over time. Staff did well piercing, and rest of staff was friendly."
"We had our daughters ears pierced today...and I was so impressed with how friendly everyone was. The girl who was doing the piercing was super sweet to our daughter. She had everything cleaned/sterilized and showed us just what we needed to do for after care. One issue I had was one employee trying to get us to buy the most expensive diamond earring package. She was very pushy...and I wasnt impressed. But overall it was a decent experience."
"Charming Charlie is such a beautiful store with a great small boutique atmosphere. It was set up great and coordinated to colors and what you are looking for. They had a great clearance section and my daughters were in girl heaven."
