"They would love to wash your clothes (if you paid )but don’t really take care of them. There was a 1 inch length of stain on the sleeve after cleaning(Yes ,light colored coat) I’m sure that stain wasn’t there before I dropped my coat in. They don’t admit it and says no one knows who did that, no guarantee such as damage, stain removal etc.also no apology. My coat dirty still after washing. How disappointed. Not acceptable. This is my first visit and NO MORE."

It is evident that the damage to my daughter's hoodie occurred due to a failure on your part to uphold this standard of care. Moreover, I was disheartened by the response provided when I brought this matter to your attention. Your assertion that ANY damage to the garment during the cleaning process is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer is not only legally inaccurate but also demonstrates a lack of accountability on your part. As a patron of your establishment, I expected better customer service and a commitment to resolving issues promptly and fairly. I urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter and acknowledge your responsibility for the damage incurred to my daughter's hoodie. Additionally, I encourage you to review your policies and procedures to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future. "Having a very bad experience with M&M cleaners in Keego I gave this place a try. I just want my collars on my work shirts clean! They did a better job than the last place but still collars were dirty. I didn’t make a fuss but asked if they could note my account to do a better job on collars? Well let’s just say this place lacks professionalism and the customer service does not exist. Looks like I’ll have to find somewhere else that cares about their customers."
