"I brought in a coat and was quoted $52.99. Paid upon pick up and on my way out after taking my payment they showed me the coat was ripped in two spots. I had no rips when I brought it in. They are saying it was brought in this way. If that was the case they should have called me after noticing the rips to see I still want to clean something that is obviously going to be thrown out or donated. I am convinced they ripped this jacket."
