Every time you drop off clothes, all they need is your phone number. It's quick and easy. The clothes are always ready by the time stated on the return receipt you receive when you drop off your items. You also get an email when your clothes are ready. I had a really fancy suit coat that I took in. They told me at the counter they weren't sure if it would hold up to the dry clean process & that someone would be giving me a call after they inspected it. The owner called me and gave me the news. They were honest, and I thanked them for it. They said they treat every item as if it were their own."
