"I ordered a dozen red roses from Grand Rapids for my girlfriend in Traverse City. The roses were ready when i was told they would be. The roses were beautiful, full and my girlfriend was beyond happy! 5 stars!"

"Completely frustrated with this business! Ordered flowers online Wednesday to be delivered on a Thursday for my sister whose best friend had just passed away. I realized she wouldn't be home Thursday after I placed the order, so I thought...no big deal, just call them and change it to Friday. 23 times throughout the day Wednesday I tried to call with no answer. The have NO VOICEMAIL setup, and they don't have an email address on their site. I FINALLY got ahold of someone Thursday morning and they said no problem and changed the delivery to Friday. Just found out the delivery never happened. Trying to call again, and guess what...same deal, no one answers the phone, no voicemail setup. I am a small business owner, so I get small businesses, but no voicemail with a floral company?? Side note: They do have an email address you can find on their Facebook page, but they don't answer that either, so don't bother. Avoid this place and only order from some company that will actually pickup the phone. I still have no idea if my order will be delivered. UPDATE: Order delivered a day late. Driver had issues finding the place yesterday. No call to me or to the recipient. I updated from 1-star to 3-star."

"Fantastic, pick-me-up. Sensational service and just what the doctor-ordered: “Wow factor.” They created the PERFECT “Thinking of you” and had it to the recipient first thing the next morning. This was a long distance order, called in from Grand Rapids. I am very pleased with this shop. I’ll definitely be ordering again."

"I ordered the cotton candy standard bouquet (pictured below) which cost $60.00 and added two balloons bringing my total, with delivery, to a little over $90.00. I am very disappointed. With their daisy additions, it makes the bouquet look cheap. This bouquet does not look anything like the photo of what I ordered."
