"Bought a service for them to come out in the spring and in the fall, and then any time we saw pests in the house. They were supposed to spray both inside and outside the house. They could only spray inside the house on the day of the appointment because of rain, which is fine. After that tho it has been impossible to get anywhere with them. No one came back to our house to spray outside. We’ve found different bugs in our house throughout the summer and tried calling to get someone out and I’m told I don’t have an account even after giving them the order number on my paperwork. I don’t expect to see them this fall for the other spray that I paid for. I would avoid them at all costs and find some local place even though it might be a little more money. They accepted our money, showed up once, and have never been seen again."

"Incredibly disappointed with this company. Non-communicative and a sheer lack of urgency. They requested payment info prior to service because “they’d been stiffed too many times”. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt, but my assumption is that, like me, past customers have given up after Erlich goes MIA for two weeks. At the end of the day, bare minimum levels of customer service are not important to this company. They could not offer rates cheap enough for me to recommend them to anyone."

"Would rate lower if I could. What they don't tell you is even if you only sign up for a specific amount of months is that if you don't call to cancel they will continue to charge you. After I cancelled I received an invoice in the mail requesting another payment. Technician was kind but would sometimes randomly show up. Company said they would call me back about billing and never did. I called them three times with no resolution."

"I have requested by phone and email that my account be canceled since November 2019.  In addition, I requested by phone and email proof of service, not invoices, for all the dates prior several times to no avail. These requests were made due to the technicians calling to ask if I still need service, I assume on days they were supposed to be servicing the property. Ehrlich continues to charge us and have NEVER honored any of my requests. The lack of customer service and attention to this matter is dishonest and bad business, and should be looked into."

"Technician was a no-show. I cancelled services after spending several hours on the phone being sent to one voicemail/answering service after another. They would only offer me a partial refund and lied about services performed. It’s been months and I still have not received a refund. This used to be a great company to work with but now is a complete customer service failure on many levels. It should be so much easier for people to just do the right thing."
