"For God's sake...don't forget a load of clothes left in a dryer. I did and went back the same evening and my clothes were GONE!! I followed the instruction instructions that were posted on the wall, returned at 7:30am the following day..still nothing. At that point I taped a note on the door to the service room, which had my name and phone number on it. I checked everyday and still no response from anyone ."
"Half the machines don't work. They have the the wash cycle turned down to like 2 minutes. Clothes didn't come clean."
"This place is as filthy as a pig pen......trash dirt and debris strewn about the floor......8 washers and 7 dryers out of service. I will be utilize alternative laundromats in the future."
"Numerous machines are not in working order. Usually you don't find that out until after the machine has stolen your quarters. No one on the premises to report anything to. If you call the number you get a voice-mail and by the time you get a call back you're already long gone. Absolutely disgustingly dirty. No money or effort has been put into this place for a very long time. You would be better off washing your clothes in the toilet."
"I hadn't been to Village Coin Laundry for a few years, but our washer at home is awaiting repairs. It may have been a one off, and I came on a day when the owner/custodian was not able to be there because of illness or such, but the Laundromat was terribly messy, dirty, and unlike how it had always been previously. I'll try it again, because it may have been an off day for the place, as I said. Hopefully it will be clean and well maintained again as it used to be."
