"The individual did a good job on the furnace but clean up never happened. I had brand new carpet in my home and he never layed anything down and left the door mess all over my carpet. I am still not able to get it out. Also asked if I had a shop vac he could ruin because he didn’t have one. He then went to hardware store and bought one."
"These guys were awesome! Were able to get out the very next morning after I called late afternoon with furnace trouble. Friendly guys, didn't try and sell me on anything and explained everything. Turns out we accidentally fixed the problem when we were trying to problem solve and we didn't know about a safety feature which prevented us from realizing our fix, instead of the guys being upset that they came out for pretty much nothing did an inspection saw some other minor issues and cleaned the furnace (and disposed of a dead mouse that was found). They even wrote down the model number and told us the place to find the item needed for the minor fix so we could do it ourselves. Really a great experience and have zero problems recommending them to anyone! Side note: they don't accept credit/debit card payments but do take cash and checks."
