"I do not recommend this laundromat I normally go to Cadillac but I thought I’d try this place since it’s closer to me. It had powders and liquids and bleach in the washers that hadn’t even cycled through yet so anyone who uses it may end up with bleached clothes. There is chunks of hair in the machines just stuck to the insides or the windows of the machines so gross.! Floors and tables were nasty as well. If you have kids or care about your clothes just go somewhere else. And I’ll add this isn’t even the first time I’ve tried to come here thinking it would be better and it hasn’t been! So I’ve given it a couple shots."

"Twice now I've used this facility.And twice now I have used two dryers that did not work.There are noEmployees and no way to call anyone to report my losses. The machines do not tell you when they are out of order and theyMake you put in a full dollar before you can even know if the dryer works or not.The worst thing is this is the better of the two in Reed City.I give two stars because the facility is nice and the price is decent. Just wish they had better communication with their customers"
