"I do not usually give out the highest rating on a review, but AJ and Keith were amazing in getting rid of an incredibly bad odor from a skunk. The skunk died in the small basement. Because the owners were not living there, it became permeated throughout the house. Many hours were dedicated to cleaning the skunk smell from the house with great success! "This company severely lacks integrity, professionalism, communication skills and no follow through. They will try and put words in your mouth. Started well until they have your business. Then it goes downhill extremely fast. Their motto is “as if it never happened.” Well this is a lie, be aware. Their communication is horrible. When Servpro was out to dry and see how far water damage went from a dishwasher. The one employee accidentally kicked a large corner/chunk off our new cabinets. No worries at first because he stated they will fix it. Well, the only thing they did was write our insurance company and tell them it happened from the water damage. The water damage didn’t even come close to this cabinet. It was damaged from the workers foot. We had no idea this was sent to our insurance. When we received a check we had to call our insurance company and ask what it was for. My wife asked that they come and quote to fix our damages which would include our flooring, damaged cabinet and anything damaged downstairs from the water running down the wall in the basement. Preston came to the house and said he would get back with her within 3 days because he had to get with our insurance. This return call never happened. She then called the office and the office receptionist said “oh, we assumed you got a contractor.” She told explained that he had not called her back for anything including the quote for ALL damages to be replaced. She gave my wife Preston’s number. They spoke and Preston stated that he had to get it approved through his supervisor and he would call back. Nobody ever called back. She asked that I call and we decided to go with a different contractor to install the flooring only. I called and spoke with the receptionist myself. I explained that I want to know what is going on and when our stuff will be fixed. She told me that she will leave a message and they will call me back. I explained that this is the issue, NO ONE is calling back. That I feel like I need to come in and have a face to face conversation to get answers. I leave my number and 5 minutes later the owner, Kieth calls me. He is immediately standoffish with me and pretty much called my wife a liar. He stated they already told her they are not going to fix the cabinet. That it is our responsibility to find a contractor to have it replaced. He stated he doesn’t know of any contractors that can just install cabinets. He told me he recommends I just get in contact with the company we bought our cabinets from. I explained that I don’t feel I should have to contact anyone but his company since they are the ones that damaged it. He flat out stated he won’t do that and that it’s not his responsibility. I could tell this conversation was going to go no where. I ended the call with extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment. Never would I recommend or ever use this company again."

"We had a broke dishwasher that lead me to call my insurance company. Servepro was one that was recommended. I gave them a shout and they came out the next day. The workers were decent but the management is PISS POOR. They failed to ever call me back, literally never did. I never knew when they were coming back, they'd just show up. They'd put words in my mouth and basically called me a liar. They were good at making lots of assumptions and stories up about what they "told" me. None of which actually happened. They accidentally broke one of my cabinets. My understanding is they are supposed to leave it like it "never happened". Fixing the cabinet was clearly NOT a priority for them. They said they can't get a contractor to fix the cabinet that it was on us. BEWARE of this company. I'd never recommend them to anyone."
