"I ordered a 15 yd dumpster for 4 days . I had it scheduled for pick up on Monday prior to a rain storm because the dumpsters are weighed after. They were 2 days late picking up the dumpster. It rained both days and soaked everything in the dumpster to the point where water was pouring out of the dumpster. This was when they chose to go weigh it for my total weights."

"I've tried working with them. At least on the office end, it's horrendous, including the owner. On the pickup end, the guys are great, but they have to go off of what the office says. "We have lived in our home for over 8 years...and my husband has made a monthly trip to the local dump. We had checked on other garbage pick up services but decided it was just easier to haul it ourselves until we saw Soo Hill Sanitation cans out in our neighborhood. My husband gave them a call... THE NEXT DAY we had our can at our house. I have tried my best to put our garage out every Friday, but some days..well..I forget. The associate walked up to our home, grabbed our can, emptied it into his truck and returned it to our home. They go above and beyond!!! We STRONGLY recommend this garbage service!!! A+++++++"
