"Detailing on the paint was fine mostly some dust remained on the paint but overall good. The tire rims weren't cleaned but past the face and the wheel walls were splotche with the shine.and the Interior had more than a few dirty spots on my matts and some hair remained on the seats, and the pedals weren't even touched or cleaned for 200 dollars I wouldn't expect to have to touch up the truck myself 5 minutes after picking it up from the detailer...i will not be a repeat customer. I purchased the complete package which was supposed to be a detailed cleaning of the Inteor this was a 2020 ram hardly any wear or dirt and i still found spots that seemed to be missed entirely. This is unfortunate for the amount paid."

"Third time having the vehicle detailed here. First time they did they did a good job. The next time there was dirt left in the cup holders and under the seats, parts weren’t vacuumed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time there was still dirt on the seat, dirt under the seats, stuff on the console, under the floor mats and just overall not as clean as I would expect it to be. I brought the kid out and pointed it out to him and he offered to take it back in but I declined and explained this was the third time this happened and just want to show him. This was on a 2020 Silverado. Update: They called back and offered a free detailing to compensate for the last one."
