"***Final Review*** Although the beginning of the process was a little frustrating due to unreturned initial inquiries; once contact was established and everyone was on the same page, ADS Seamless Gutters really delivered quality work ahead of timeline. They were able to get a full cleaning, gutter cover install, and a repair job which included running a new downspout all done in about half a day and were able to work us in much sooner than their initial projections. They were easy to work with and the invoice came promptly after the work was completed. Marcy was very understanding with any questions or accomodations I had during the process, and the work looks professional and clean. I would recommend them for any gutter work you may need in the Escanaba/Gladstone area, and would only suggest you reach out a little before the fall time (peak season) if you want to get on their schedule quickly. "Attempted to receive a quote for gutters. Company called 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment time to tell us that the technician was running late but was still coming. We waited 5 hours after our scheduled appointment and never saw a technician or received further correspondence. Waited a week and then emailed company, who then stated that they were not able to find our house despite very specific directions. Very unprofessional and we were very disappointed with the service provided."
