"With modest expectations, I called Pioneer TV & Appliance in the hopes of replacing my failing chest freezer. Over the phone, I asked Leah to verify if the specific model I sought was in-stock. She indicated that it was not only in-stock, but could be put on the truck and delivered the next morning! Rick received a call from me the following morning and offered advice on how/when to fill the new freezer upon it's set-up. Chris and Shane delivered my new freezer on time with excellent communications prior (no 1/2 day window of time to sit around). They switched the door hinge when I asked and took away my old appliance. Each of these services had a reasonable fee assessed, but I was delighted to pay and support our local business. No online dealers could have met my needs for a freezer replacement more personally, professionally, or promptly. And, the on-sale purchase price was consistent with all other retailers. Thank you, Pioneer!"

"We bought several appliances from pioneer but after we purchased washer and dryer and stove brand new from them we have had nothing but problems with our stove and they have sent service men out who were unable to fix it now they had us get in touch with Samsung who made our stove and they want to charge us for services to fix what they have not fixed from day one . When told we will never buy from them again the salesman said ok and hung up. That is not good service that's not wanting to deal with the lemon they sold us. It is the saddest thing that in these days it's all about the sale and not satisfying the customer.. I would like to let you know that the manager personally called us and replaced the stove with one that works of same value of what we bought. Very happy to know that there are some people who still have values. And Value their customers."

"My sister bought a brand new washer and dryer and bought the 5 year warranty. Apparently now they are saying it’s too expensive to fix so they give her $300 for her washer and she can just buy a new one. What a joke! Bad business. 5 year warranty is 5 years, not until parts are too expensive. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here again. She’ll be buying a set from a much more professional retailer that actually stands by their products."

The sales team worked well together to help us, and communicated well through the entire process. The service team knew their stuff, and were excellent, trustworthy, and got the jobs done very nicely. The delivery crew were on time, friendly, and got everything done perfectly. 5 stars all the way around. Very happy with this local shop!"
