"Chris booked our trip and gave us 2 options for a rental car. She had not properly vetted both rental companies and the one we chose (for $95) cancelled our car 24 hours before our trip. Chris found us another car but we had to pay $1600 up front for a 3 day rental and then hope we got reimbursed from the booking agency she used for the cost difference. When I complained she blamed me for choosing the wrong car rental agency! I will never use Cruise Connections again and could never recommend them due to this unprofessional behavior. Advice: book your trip yourself on line for free. Travel agents are a rip off and you can do it yourself just as easily."
