"Did not take victim rights seriously, more interested in the offender. The offender had a drinking problem, did the DA identify with him since he was arrested for drunk driving? In the end a felony and multiple class A misdemeanors where plea bargained down to probation. The offender was well known to the system. Nobody cared about us or how we felt or the thousands of dollars of damage and stolen property. The DA lied to my face saying he would make sure offender spent time in county jail. I wanted state system, he said state system would make offender a animal. In the end no time for massive damage to house and theft. DA was not concerned about us, is this not part of his job?"
