"I could not have won my case without Daniel Findling! He is an exceptional attorney and knows exactly how to address every issue. It has been 6 years of working with Daniel and he has not let me down. His expertise is unparalleled. He is also a super nice guy. I highly recommend Daniel!"
"Daniel is knowledgeable, compassionate, and a fierce advocate. I felt supported throughout my divorce and custody case. His online resources were so valuable."
"Daniel, was recommended to me by my financial advisor when I was unhappy with the attorney I had hired to represent me in my divorce from my ex-wife. Daniel took over the case and I ended up getting substantially more than what my previous attorney wanted me to settle for. I was awarded physical custody of our children, the marital home, etc. He went above and beyond to represent the best interest of myself and most importantly my children. I would highly recommend!"
"Absolutely horrible attorney! When my daughter was kidnapped from me and I was forced into going to court for her return. I found Daniel Findling and with the evidence I had of abuse and neglect and abandonment, Daniel was all about going for full custody. Once we were actually in front of any referee's or friend of the court. Daniel completly changed his tone and informed me I had to put my daughter back into that unsafe and dangerous environment. Also, on that same day he called me 10 minutes after the meeting started (it was switched and the only notice I recieved of the day change was 1 email I didn't see prior) I explained to Daniel that I was very sick and literally vomiting from the flu and requested to reschedule, which he refused to do so. So I was forced into an agreement literally going against every request I asked for, and Daniel agreed with prior. A few days later (when i was no longer sick and could think again clearly) I contacted Daniel to question his change of tactics and why it felt like I was mislead and lied to the entire time. He denied any and all of those claims, including my request to reschedule because i had a fever of over 102 and was vommiting (literally in the meeting) and wasnt mentally and physically capable, because of vomitting and the high fever... Until I reminded him that I record every phone call (because of my abusive ex) which lead to him being very irrational, angry and Never contacting me personally again until minutes before court. Where he was just trying to rubber stamp my case with the typical 50/50 solution. Luckily my ex agreed to give me primary custody but besides writing 1 paper and re-submitted the evidence I provided I'm not sure what they did for me besides charge me roughly 10k and do everything I asked them not to do. Including putting my daughter back in danger. I would let my child represent me in court before I would ever recommend this law firm. Atleast my child would of listened to me and actually had her best interest in mind , instead of lying and misleading me every step of the way just to get my money. When I've tried to contact them about the horrible representation and if we could work on something to lower my bill considering they literally didn't do what they told me they were going to or any of my request. I was literally laughed at on the phone. (Still recording every call). With no care or help in the matter."
"What I appreciated most about Braden was his ability to listen carefully to my concerns and provide sound legal advice that was always in my best interest. He truly cared about me and my family, and worked tirelessly to ensure that I got the best possible outcome. Not only is Braden an exceptional lawyer, but he is also a great communicator. He kept me informed at every step of the way, and was always available to answer my questions or provide reassurance when I needed it the most."
