"Made an appointment, after about 10 minutes of being on my way GPS showed a traffic issue putting me 10 minutes behind. I immediately called and left a message approx 4:40 pm, then texted requesting an immediate call back to discuss the situation and see if I should continue to drive 30 mins out of my way or if they'd be closed. No response so I continued. Get there at 5:15 (have time stamps to document everything) I'm let in the building and told person is still there. Apparently after 30+ minutes of sitting there she leaves and decides to say they've been gone since closing at 5, even though I received no response since attempting to contact since 4:40 and that I only arrived at 5:30, again I have time stamps of all and they obviously they can't tell time. I would have been fine knowing they closed at 5 had that been communicated but had been trying to contact since 4:40, doing my due diligence, with no response at all. Completely unprofessional, especially trying to blame on me. You obviously can't read either and you're all on it now that I'm not trying to be considerate and get a hold of you know. Sorry you ran out of friends."
