"99% of people there are amazing. Only 1 person there, Chris, had ever been rude. The first time, even though he could see under my number that I had just bought a certain vape, he decided I needed to be reprimanded for losing my receipt. Today I went in to discuss being over charged last week and instead of fixing it and calling the other store himself, he decided to explain inventory to me like I was a child and to tell me to go there. Why? Thanks for mansplaining inventory to me, but as a former store manager, all it takes is a phone call. I don't believe Chris had ever treated me as anything other than condescending in the years that I have been going to Wild Bills. I will never return to his store again if he is there."
