"Over all I love Costco and this location is very convenient. But I’m so tired of their rude and unfriendly staff with the nastiest attitudes. I informed a supervisor of the shutting match big back Shirley and the black tried having with me while I walking to get a temporary card. Just yelling at me like something was off. The audacity she thought and was able to talk to customers in that manner and nothing was done not a verbal correction not a let’s go off the floor and have a breather because your putting customer and staff at the front of the store a risk with that attitude nothing. I did see a guy approach her but it was all laughs and giggles. Please watch the tapes management from 1115 am on February 20th and see who was wrong and how your employees and customers may have been put in harms way. People or popping off for way less these days."

"No issues finding anything. Right through checkout. My one issue is having to show a receipt for items I bought and being inspected at the door. Today wasn't bad but I've waited in line before."

"Was a good experience as I am a Sam's club shopper. Their prices are about the same, Sam's club has more items, a larger inventory and selections. The staff are polite , courteous , helpful and Very friendly. Parking was tight for space and parking size. I WUD give Costco a 4 star ⭐ rating and I would shop their again when I need Something that Sam's club doesn't have."

"Very good store overall with a lot of selection, and might I add that as far is I know this is the only location in Michigan with Costco top tier diesel fuel at their gas station. The only gripe I would really have is that this store is always insanely busy even as far as Costco goes. Never any parking and it’s especially hard for larger 3/4 and 1 ton trucks to park and fit into spaces. But regardless the selection is very diverse and they do keep up on the stock. The staff also seems to be nice overall and somewhat approachable."

"I'm not sure why, but I never think to review this place. It's probably because I'm in a hurry to get in and out to minimize dealing with the crowds. However, I went in for a few items today, found more than I was looking for, and needed some assistance in checking out. Two employees were hugely helpful in getting me where I needed to go, and get me run up. They didn't act put out, and went out of their way to get me through. This was a rare day in customer service."
