"I come there at 8pm get to check out by 915 no registers open but u scan!!!!mind u I have 200 in groceries and the uscans aren't big!!! Well the older woman that finally came to her station was unfriendly as well saying well we have no cashiers first mind u 2 teenage boys standing around doing nothing!! Then by half way point the machine keeps going off I said we're trying she says well HES doing a good job at least taking about my husband bagging as I'm I guess just scanning I should be doing more? In her opinion didn't know we were getting graded on performance since we don't get paid for this either!!!! Done with this kroger and it's rotten employees"
"Shopped at Gratiot/13 Mile today. Wanted to give a shout-out for your super cashier Nora. Was about 12:30 PM on busy Saturday afternoon. That girl is so sweet and conversational and likeable! She even asked me ( with my white hair and at 75!), what year I was born while I was buying a bottle of wine!! And she paper-bagged it and put it in a Kroger bag! Good thing she did because I dropped it on the driveway-and it didn't break!! Yea!! Anyway, my thanks to Nora and Kroger! It was a very pleasant shopping trip!! Kathy Vitale"
