"One of the worst loan companies I ever experienced. I think it’s very intrusive they call you nonstop even if you are a day or two late on a payment. A situation happened where my boyfriend crashed my car thankfully nobody was injured. I asked for my loan to be changed on a different date since paying on the first was too much. The manager of the place , jovany, said they could do it without issues as I explained since my insurance still hasn’t gotten back to me on payment for damages on the car paying out of pocket for the repairs took a toll on my finances. Come to find out when I go into the portal that my payments are still scheduled for the 1st of each month instead of the 15th as promised. The audacity of this company to call my work when it is on file my situation why I was struggling to make payments is beyond on professional. Please take your services somewhere else as this is one of the worst companies to deal with"

"I have an account with OMF. After emailing with Ruby and several phone calls last week about my account/payment arrangements, which she has been very helpful and professional. I received a phone call at my job from "Ana". I asked her kindly to please do not call me at work to use my cellphone number. She told me they have been calling my cellphone and I have them blocked because I do not answer!.. Besides making these faulse accusations, and as I am trying to explain to her I had already talked to Ruby, she kept raising her voice over me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! She should not be harrasing people that way and making accusations like that. It is a shame that unprofessional and rude people like Ana, leaves a bad taste about this financial location. I hope no one gets the "pleasure" to talk to her or been trated like that. Not fare!"

"they force you to pay all the interest on the loan first and do not allow reduction or payments directly on premium to reduce interest. This place is a predator lending company and i recommend that everyone avoid it at all costs. if i could give them zero stars i would but the lowest you can give them is one star. esta compania les roba a sus clientes, no es recomendable para nadien!"
