Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"This branch would not allow me to withdraw my money out of my own checking or savings because I did not have a Bank of America debit card or Bank of America credit card to show proof of I.D. My drivers license ,ss card and United States Immigration Resident Alien card were all not good enough to prove that I am me. Both the teller and manager were very rude and insisted on the type of specific bank authorized I.D.that would only be acceptable.I left there without my money and had to call corporate customer service and they were shocked at the way I was treated.Customer service must have called them and straightened them out because now they will give me my money when I want to withdraw it.They play by their own rules"

"I’ve been coming to this branch for the past 3 weeks every Friday to cash my check. Every time I’ve came to cash my check there are at least 5 or more employees working. Every time I come in there’s only 1 bank teller and I have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes every time. The other employees just stand around when they should be behind the window taking care of customers. I shouldn’t have to wait that long every time I come to this branch. If it was just 1 or 2 times I would understand but it’s every time I come here and it’s completely unacceptable. Today was my 4th AAA time at this branch and I had to wait 25 minutes."
