"Sadly - a poorly run branch (been a Citizens client since they were 1st Federal before they were Charter One). Very poor service/experience trying to get a Teller deposit mistake corrected (Teller put the transaction amount in for $250 less than the money order deposited on a Friday). Was the 1st customer in when the doors opened on Monday, Teller said it required a manager; both were on the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting was asked to leave my info for them to look into it when they're free and contact me later. Asked politely for in person service (waited more), asked sternly for in person service (waited more), ended up having to threaten going to the Livonia PD to file a report of theft to get a manager to provide service. He did correct the Teller error/credit my account. No apology - just a comment that I should have checked the transaction receipt to verify the deposit was correct on Friday. Will use another branch for future business."
