"Prices are high for nicer somethings even though they were donated. It all depends on what you’re in search of."
"Great place to go. Best for kitchen wares and can have great crafting materials. The ladies are always super kind! I agree that the prices on some goods are priced using Ebay BUT the store has good turnover so there is clearly a market for these items. Be forewarned that there are few items that could be "flipped" on ebay for profit. In reference to an earlier comment shopping carts would make the narrow aisles a nightmare."
"Clean shop, somewhat organized. Lots of housewares, decor and furniture. But, no shopping carts, no senior discount. What? Every other retail thrift store has a senior day. No shopping carts makes it real inconvenient. One or two wouldn't hurt. And the pricing, oooof. Not sure how they are coming up with pricing. Some used items are being priced higher than new. Overall, a good stop, but could have a better pricing strategy and a few small carts for convenience."
"somethings are priced reasonable and others not so much. Furniture seems to run High there which you would think that they would want to price it to move it. The market for antiques is also way down and their antique seem to run high. But overall a real nice shopping experience and good deals can be had."
"Used-A-Bit combines the best of sidewalk giveaway steals with the integrity of shopping for a product. Not only do purchases benefit the Senior Center in Northfield, but they sustain the quality of used furniture that would otherwise be rained on, damaged and gross. My best finds here have been tablecloths, towels for cleaning use, China sets, and the occasional amazing piece of furniture. O, also mirrors! And our favorite and only couch was purchased here. They change the sales often (usually 20% off a given category, sometimes off anything when they are desperate for space) so check their Facebook page."
