"Insurance picky"

"So if you have pain medicine go somewhere else because they play games with your pain medicine if you are getting pain meds only they will say to you that the pain meds are on back order and when my doctor changed my pain meds to a stronger dose they did not give them to me they asked my doctor a bunch of questions and because my doctor didn’t jump through their hoops they then decided to give me what they wanted me to have in which it did not help me at all that’s the reason why my doctor changed it to a stronger dose to begin with since when do pharmacist override doctors orders in results of this I had to suffer but no more suffering for me I’m at a better pharmacy now only because it was brought to my attention that I was being racially profiled and that I needed to find a different pharmacy and so I did one that treats me with dignity and respect and I am forever so grateful I don’t even write reviews but I had to let this be known because I don’t want anyone to experience the horror that I had to go through with the Walgreens pharmacy located on w outer drive sini grace hospital"

"Pharmacist Amanda at this Walgreens @ DMC Sinai Grace Hospital is a lifesaver!! When we desperately needed a medication which we couldn't locate locally Amanda took it upon herself to make many website checks and many phone calls to find it. Magically, a pharmacy which had earlier been unable to provide this particular med., was able to fill our script after Amanda talked with them. Amanda went way above and beyond what anyone else was capable of or willing to do. Amanda, we won't forget your amazing kindness and perseverance!
