"If I Could Give This Store A 0 I Would, I came to Purchase A Tv, that they had me waiting 30 Mins To get Get Serviced. The Tv Was Cracked In 2 Spots, I returned the tv in under a hour. They Said They Could Exchange it and had me wait another 20mins to tell me they were sold out and I can get a different brand or pick the tv up at the 8 mile and Woodward store since they had it in stock for me to got there and them to tell me they don’t do that. I Call up there for them to tell me I have to pick the tv up from them 1st then go the the store for Livonia to tell me they don’t do returns from different stores at all. Then proceeds to tell me don’t know what to tell me and I broke the tv. I so confused and pissed at the fact they lied and had me do unnecessary running around when I had to pay people to help me, I will never return to this location"

"This is ONE of the worst stores, I have ever been in and it's a Meijer!! TERRIBLE!!! NEVER NO SALE ITEMS AVAILABLE. I frequent once a week because I don't have transportation. I would go to Kroger's. Don't go after 6pm. or the third day of the sale. Why they don't order more sale items to meet this communities demands. I go on 13 mile and John R. It's not too much better. Their meat dept needs to be checked. TERRIBLE! MOUND Rd is ok just a little further. KROGER MARKETPLACE has most of its fresh sale items available. What I don't like about MEIJER is they copied Kroger in making it sales items You Must Purchase more than you need. I am single and don't need more than one. BAD IDEA!"

"This place is so ghetto . I went grocery shopping at 10 pm . When I went to check out every lane was closed and I had $200 worth of groceries . I tried to get help with something in the girl just looked at me . There was 8 girls at the self check out line laughing and cursing like they were at the club . The manager was right there with them . The manager came over to help me after I asked her do you work here . Once I left from self checkout I seen another manager with a grey button up shirt on standing at the end of the checkout line . I asked him did he work here and he said , yes. I asked why were the regular lines closed . He said every night it closes at 9:30pm . Wow that’s weird . Because 8 people standing around watching people scan their items . I told him my concerns and asked did he see the team’s behavior and he seemed nonchalant. This location is ghetto and needs to be trained on customer service . Mind you I told the lady that was the manager , thank you and happy New Year . She looked at me and continued to talk to someone else . I went to this location today between 10/11pm"

"I shop here because it’s close to home. I like that the police are close making shoppers feel safer. The store and bottle return area closes ridiculously early. I mostly shop here because they carry foods that I enjoy. I’m trying to eat healthier and they carry harder to find items at a reasonable price on certain foods. I’ve noticed that they run out of stock on simple things quite often. They are always low on produce and the meat section. Honestly I have met some nice staff here like some of the cashiers but I come across mostly rude staff especially in the deli/bakery. They are bored apparently and gossip to make the day go faster. Other than that the store is okay."

"The worst grocery store I’ve ever been in. They are always out of stock, customer service along with management is horrible. The customer service desk is always down experiencing some type of issue. Workers act like they hate their jobs so it shows in their work ethic and customer service."
