"What sold me over on returning to this specific store was how invested the pharmacist on site Alex was with every customer. Every other CVS I went to tried to get me out of the door as fast as possible which is fine since no one likes to wait, but sometimes we have questions about certain medications or over the counter products which mostly go unanswered. Although I had no questions this time, the pharmacist came to the counter and offered to answer any questions or concerns I had with my medications. I know this doesn't seem like much at first, but it made me feel cared about unlike all my previous experiences with other cvs locations. I understand that the pharmacists time is valuable, but those extra 10 seconds Alex took out of his time to offer his expertise to each individual customer made a world of a difference with me."
