"This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Multiple times they just didn't fill my son's prescriptions rather than call the doctor with a question. Several other times they were "out of stock" and didn't bother to call myself or my son's doctor, they just ignored the medication. In one instance for 15 days (my son's dr had been on vacation and I thought I was waiting on the doctor but actually Kroger just chose not to fill my son's medication for half a month!). Yesterday, another of my family had medication for blood thinners for a life threatening condition and he was told it would take TWO WEEKS to process the medication. TWO WEEKS! This pharmacy is awful and is putting lives at risk! Their license should be revoked!"

"I had my prescriptions filled at CVS for years & never had a problem. Then I got new insurance & had to change pharmacies. Chose Kroger & was happy at the nearest one on Whitaker In Ypsi. Transfered all scrips to Canton Center Rd. when I moved 1st week of May & there's been some problem every other time I go: not ready 1 1/2 hrs. after time promised & I have to come back; not ready 3 hrs. after time promised & I have to come back; they don't have enough of the medication & I have to come back. Today my refill was sent to Whitaker Rd. &, surprize!, I'll have to come back. It is very frustrating that they can't get their act together."

"Transferred a prescription to them but will now be transferring it back to CVS. I doubled checked, with my insurance company, how much the prescription would be, but Kroger is charging me 3x as much and is telling me that they can't do anything because its my insurance. she wouldn't listen to me when I told her that I talked to my insurance and they told me what the price would be. I would have never transfered it otherwise. unfortunately I didn't have a choice because I needed the prescription and i had my kids with me so I couldn't keep trying to get her to understand what I was told before transferring the prescription to them. anyways, the next prescription I get will be sent to meijer or cvs. not dealing with keoger ever again."
