"I have four mothly prescriptions with automatic refills. It's consistently the same four. This pharmacy manages to get all four prescriptions right about 8% of the time... 3 times in the last 36 months. Even though they knew the refills were coming because of auto-refill, they never had my medication on hand when it came time to refill. And then blamed the insurance company for making me come in multiple times to pick up the partial refills. The website is nice, but doesn't seem to actually connect with the pharmacy's systems since turning auto-refills on/off has no effect on what the pharmacy actually does. I have moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and they manage to get it right on the first try. I would not use this pharamacy if I were you."
