"Vaccination schedule a mess and they don’t pick up the phone"

"Vaccination not convenient. Clearly something like this depends heavily on your expectations. In my situation it took almost 45 minutes with the appointment. I felt I did my part by showing up 15 min early. I still needed to stand in a long line as well as wait an additional 10 min after I completed the paperwork. All in all 45 min is too log with an appointment. Staff was friendly."

"Staff at the pharmacy were fantastic, I came in 5 minutes before they were closing at 9:55p.m the ladies working there didn't rush me out and were very friendly. The pharmacist stayed after to answer questions about how quickly a medication would take to start to work. I felt like they really cared about helping people and it is much appreciated in these times thank you!"

"Called in 3 times while in pain and after holding for 25 to 32 min each time the phone cut me off. After coming here the person at the counter said 10 min. Waited 15 min in line then got to the front they said they didn't have enough time to get it. Added another 15 min... It's been 5 hours since the prescription has been called in. 1hr n a half since the second time it got called in...Awful customer service...phone service...and whole experience"

"STAY away I've been going here for over 15 years this place has gone to hell. They don't fill your scripts on time, they don't finish a job they start, takes forever to get meds. I'm very upset with them they need someone who cares about people getting there meds on time. They need extra help!! For the last 2 months NOTHING but problems DONE"
