"Wish I could give less. I'd give half a star for convenient location, and 1/2 star for friendly staff, most of the time. For those who gave a 4-5 star for convenient shipping to home, some of us do not want shipping to home but rather pick up at store. For us we are treated rudely and most inconvenienced. Once again a new business that as long as you are a number and they dont have to interact weekly or more often on a face-to-face basis, ok. I have sat here 3 days not taking my meds because the app shows it as prescription received but pending. I called today to inquire and was told, oh its ready but you have to call to arrange shipping. I don't want shipping. The pharmacy is 1/2 mile from me. I want to go in and pick it up. Get out of the house a few minutes. Move not vegetate at home. Get as much normal back as I can. I wont even try to give her "answer"...it made no sense to me."
