"Great employees, always patient and with great customer service."
"Started a new prescription. They shorted me pills. Ended my bottle and tried to refill via app, but it says I have no refills available. My bottle says I have refills until 2024....Also, seems to take several days to refill scripts here, everytime."
"Whomever was working the drive thru today was extremely rude and dismissive. Told me I HAD to come inside after waiting in the drive thru, I had to wait even longer bc she made me come inside Then the desk person that helped me said I could've Just come through the drive thru. I've never come inside to get my things. She made me feel extremely discriminated against bc she only said I had to come in after she found out my meds. My meds which are non narcotic and unscheduled class wise. And now she's being rude to the workers helping me. I think her name is Sarah, idk"
"Hello, So it's been about a month since this happened, but I still wanted to write a review because I don't want what happened to me to happen to someone else. Normally I don't write reviews, but this is important. I've had a pretty good experience with the pharmacy until the most recent interaction. I've been using them for a few years now. I had gotten a couple refills on my prescriptions three weeks previous, however, I was having some emotional and sleeping difficulties. I was having really broken up and light sleep, waking up with night sweats and felt panicked all through the night. Of course this also messed with my emotional health during the day. For 3 weeks I wracked my brain trying to think of what might be going on, was there more responsibility at work, was there a relationship that was strained, anything new I was doing? Was there anything at all that was different than normal? I felt like I was going crazy. I had not changed the dosage of my medicine, but eventually I was at the end of my wits and I checked the medicine just in case. Maybe I should have done this earlier, but I had had no issues prior to this. It turns out that one of my medications, one that I take right before bed, was not at the correct dosage. For a couple years now I have taken .5mg each night. However, when I checked the bottle, it was all the way up to 5mg, no "." before the 5. That is literally 10x the amount of the medication I am supposed to take. Luckily there is no lasting damage and it wasn't a life threatening mishap. But that is a HUGE mistake to make on any medication. It greatly deteriorated 3 weeks of my life. I called my doctor to make sure the prescription hadn't been called in incorrectly, it wasn't. I then called the pharmacy and asked for the manager (I think his name was Josh). I explained the situation and he said he would call in a new prescription for me, he apologized, but in general I had an underlying feeling like this was not a big deal to him. He did say he would make sure I got a gift card for the trouble. When I went in for the refill, I made sure I walked in instead of using the drive-through so that if I had to explain anything it would be a little easier. When I got to the front of the line, the individual said they had it ready and then told me a price. I said that I didn't think I should have to pay for this refill since it was a mistake on their part and asked if they could see any notes in my file about it. She didn't see anything, so I said that I had spoken with a manager. They obviously had not set up anything for me when I came to get the corrected refill. She went and got him, when he came over he said that he sort of remembered the situation, but again, I felt like he didn't really care very much. He said that he would increase the gift card for me for my trouble. I was a bit irritated, but sure, a free refill and a gift card would be okay. Once he got the gift card, he said that he would run the prescription with the card, and then give me whatever was leftover. I was surprised at this! I had thought they would do a little more for the situation, but I let it go. I thought, sure okay it looks like maybe I'll get $8 out of this. He ran it, and then gave me the card and receipt. When I got to the car, I found out that he had not in fact increased the gift card like he had said. What was left over was just $3. That means that for this whole ordeal, 3 weeks of craziness, having to go in for the correction, having to remind them that I should not have to pay, and having to remind the manager of the situation, they patched it over with just $3. It's not about the money, it's about the care that I should have felt and the lack of importance that was conveyed. Had they apologized more or actually shown me that they were going to be more careful or track down where the mistake happened, etc. I would have felt much better. If this had happened with a different kind of medication, it could have been fatal for someone."
"Worst experience in my life at Meijer Plainfield pharmacy today! I was there in the morning to pick up some prescriptions, but some were filled with wrong quantities that insurance doesn't pay for them! So I asked them to change the quantity and I will come in the evening. When I went around 8 PM there was a long line and after long wait I found out only one med is ready but rest of then not filled! I went back to the other window and a lady was very nice to start working on the prescriptions. She asked me to come back tomorrow, but I asked to give me the one is ready. She told me to go to the pick up window. I went to the window and waiting for the assistance. The lady took care one of the customers and left without offering me help! I was patiently waiting and when another customer came she came running to help her but not me! I asked Pharmacist Dan, what's going on? If she does not want to wait on me then is it possible someone else could help me to pick up the one already ready? He was So angry and yielded at me saying F***ing sit! It's not done yet! I asked him, are you a professional? How could you tell a customer F**** word? Then I left the store! If this is the behavior of a pharmacist what else one can expect from the others?? I don't know whether pharmacist Dan W. racist or not but I felt that way because of his indecent manner!! May God bless him to be good"
