"Up until this year, this has been my go-to pharmacy. The staff were friendly, service was quick and I received my prescriptions with a smile. Now, however, after a few new hired employees-Nicky in particular, I am dissatisfied with the service. I have had to wait up to 12 minutes while sitting at the window for drive through, have been put on hold on the phone for over 10 minutes, then when someone finally does answer (Nicky), I am greeted by a rude pharmacist who plainly tells me I can't get my medicine. While I love the convenience of the drive through and it's close location to my house, I will be finding another pharmacy to utilize."
