"I recently went into the branch to change my last name after getting married. While we were there, Dina, the customer service representative encouraged us to open a credit card since it was 0% interest for 24 months on purchases with Christmas right around the corner and 0% interest for 12 months on balance transfers so we went ahead and applied. When we received the card, however, it was not 0% interest for 24 months. In fact, it wasn't 0% for purchases for any length of time. I called to speak with her and she admitted she clicked the wrong button and signed us up for the wrong card. She suggested we close the card and reapply for the one we initially agreed to. As a banking representative shouldn't she know that closing a card affects your score and applying for another one also affects your score? All due to no fault of our own. I adamantly told her not to close the card and try to sign us up for the correct card so she said she would talk to someone and see if they would just open the other one without running our credit again. I had to ask her if she would call me back and she said she would so we will see. Also, the card had my old last name on it which was the whole reason we walked in in the first place. Wow. UPDATE: After seeing the positive reviews for Aaron at this branch I reached out to him and within the hour he had come up with a resolution I was happy with. I would highly recommend seeing him for your needs."

"I went to the atm and it took 10 from me and then another 20 dollars!! The. I called up there and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. Gave me the disputes number and they told me it'll take 8 days just to get it back. I had bills to pay and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. Very !!Unprofessional !!"

"Good bank overall, but the ATM at this location never accepts my deposits every time I go through. I have to go to the fifth third on Monroe St. and that one will work every time."
