"This is Tanya Smith I used to go to flagstar Bank and and it's a good bank to go to they have a ATM in the in the lobby once you walk in the door there is plenty of parking and it's kind of like in a bad area it's kind of like on the corner and it's kind of really hard to find so you really got to look but anyway they're it's not as busy there is good service friendly friendly tellers and they and they have and they have you know plenty of seating in the lobby and you can get checking and savings and loans and all that different sort of stuff and and sometimes they have water and sometimes like on like holidays and stuff they will actually a customer will actually bringing we're bringing treats so and they're not as blind friendly but you know like they don't have braille stuff"

"One of the worst banking facility in Monroe. They gouged an unsuspecting customer with fees and keep on citing Federal regulations. They gouged the joint account of an underage customer with parent. Hard earned money working at a local retail facility. Keep on charging fees till the account was closed by customer. Do not go there if you can help it."
