"I went there yesterday to return some items for Amazon. There was a white guy who was taking care of me and there was some confusion to the orders. He asked me if 2 items are in this bag and I said yes, and then he kept asking me repeatedly and his tone of voice was rude and he sounded like he literally wanted to get physical with me. I ignored it and thought nothing of it, and then this Arabic lady the worker came in to help and even after that he was saying some stuff about me like he was mad acting cocky and he walks to the back and I point at him saying WHATS HIS PROBLEM. I was lost and confused with all this and when I left i said to myself I’m never going back there again. That white guy should be put in his place and disciplined. He’s lucky he didn’t get physical with me, if he did I would get my lawyer and it would be the end of it."

She went above and beyond, the extra mile to help me and she and all of the staff were just super professional. She mad a boring chore, fast and easy. Highly recommend this UPS store!!!"
