"They refused to provide service! I made a appt for rear end damage that happened while another dealer was driving our vehicle. That dealer's insurance was covering the costs. Lady on the phone said "We cannot fix it. You have to pay for it yourself, or it has to be your insurance paying, that's our policy." Absolute nonsense! Took our business to another dealer group body-shop, and they had no problem with the situation whatsoever. I hope management knows they are turning business away"
