"Didn't have a good experience with this bank, poor customer service with every step. If they make it right, and do so easily and quickly as it is within their power to do, I'll update my review. "I have not had a good experience with this credit union at all, had countless problems, had to get in contact with one of the Vice Presidents at one point to resolve an issue. The only redeeming experience I’ve had has been with the staff, Lisa was unbelievably kind, understanding and efficient. The customer service is great if you call."

"Close your account and take your business elsewhere. Been a multi year member only to start being treating like I don’t have an account here. Couldn’t deposit a payroll check without a multiple day hold even though it’s been the same check from written by the same company that I just deposited a check from the week prior. Calls to customer service go unanswered, the staff are unhelpful, what benefit is there to be gained by banking with DMCU? These positive reviews gotta be fake."

"The service I received from Ms. Teresa S. last week was outstanding. I went into the branch to do a simple withdrawal and happened to mention that I was on my way to buy some gift cards; Ms. Teresa jumped right in and provided information on the gift cards that were offered by the credit union (no card fee); waited patiently while I figured out how many cards were needed and gave me two options of cards to pick from. Excellent service; very professional and friendly.I rate her a 5. Thank you Ms. Teresa and Happy New Year!"

"I’ve been a member for 7 years. This new Novi location is close to my job and the one I always go to. I usually only do my banking with Leah L. assistant branch manager. She is wonderful. Actually everyone there is wonderful. Michael, Leah, Kelly. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Adam in the loan department. He was outstanding! Just like the bumper sticker says, I love my credit union!"
