"Kick you when your low,,, beautiful logic tack on countless fees to an account that is already negative. I have used vibe as my primary bank for some time now. Overall they were good,,, until they were not. I experience hardship this year and got behind on bills. Once my account was negative they were charging me 30$ for a overdraft fee for every bill that I had set up on autopay. They don't even cover my bill so I get charged 30$ from the utilities for bounced payment. When I called vibe to explain my situation and I cannot afford these constant 30$fees that exceeded 2,000. They told me the only way they are willing to stop my autopay payments was if I paid ANOTHER 30$ for each autopay bill to be removed. I made it clear when opening my account I opt out of overdraft protection."

"I’m a member of Vibe Credit Union. I went in to apply for a small loan. I explained everything that, I will be paying the loan back within 3 to 4 weeks. And when I needed help, I was highly disappointed when I went to Vibe Credit Union for help. My non-union Bank went above and beyond to accommodate me in helping me get a loan. And I will never forget that."

"I would give it zero stars if I could. Don't count on their 3rd party fraud department to help if your credit card number gets stolen. 3 phone calls later and all the charges went through even though I was assured my account was safe. Good thing they don't open until 10 on Wednesdays (for employee training I'm told) so that you can actually talk to someone to try and get your drained bank account back. Banking hours start at 9 and so should your locations."
