"I don’t recommend opening an account here. Simple things a bank does they make it all a hassle. You call the customer service to double check and have all ducks in a row so you can do yet again the simple thing (cash a check) and go to the branch and you can’t do anything you called to double check on! Every time I have had to deal with getting money out or depositing checks it is the biggest pain! Worst bank I have ever used."

This company is full of NPCs that don't know what to do unless someone else tells them how....God for forbid the person that knows can't be reached. Branches frequently cannot cash back more than $500 at a time without further steps. Deposited a large check from a billion dollar reputable company, consumers could only make a small percentage available immediately. "My hands are tied" "standard" "sorry" Don't do business here."
