"My daughter & I stopped by the Notre Dame branch of Credit Union 1 and were immediately greeted by Sarai & Jade. We were seeking info about the credit union & products they had to offer. Sarai & Jade were extremely knowledgeable about all of the account options, dividend rates & Mobile banking. Our courtesy stop-by evolved into us opening two new accounts, that same day. Not only were we able to get all of our questions answered, but Sarai also provided further assistance with linking our new CU1 accounts, with our current financial institution, through the mobile banking app. This is an amazing feature, since we live out of state. Sarai also informed us of two branch locations that are close to our hometown. Their customer service, knowledge of services/products, attention to detail and assistance far exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed and part of the CU1 family from the moment we walked in the door. We will be recommending CU1 and the Notre Dame branch to other family members.
