"Only one hiccup I didn't get to choose my down payment amount. I wanted to pay more. Update I keep getting reminders to send this review?? Now that it's been here a while the rating went down. I also keep getting emails from Ruoff that the agent is here to help anytime after the sale? I've been leaving messages and sending texts 3-4 over 5 days because of a major issue that came up and I might be forced to default on the loan of no fault of my own! They don't return anything now?? I might have just thrown tens of thousands of dollars away!!! I'm having issues with the insurance company they cancelled my policy with no warning! This is a automatic breach of the mortgage! Guess I'm on my own now? Might be homeless again! My first payment isn't even due yet!?? They completely abandoned me after closing! This is a serious issue."
"Cory Wilson made the home buying process extremely easy. We were cleared to close super quickly. Our sale of our old home had some bumps and he helped us navigate those issues in regard to keeping our new purchase on track. We would never buy a home again without using Ruoff.
