"Because I'm a elderly person it's very hard to make appointment when you can't remember I have to write things down and if you see my feedback you understand that the only people as we get older we have to write things down we can't remember things all the time I tried to give them a call to try to make me an appointment over the phone but they say I had to come in so it's been hard for me to get there I went there one time of course it was about 4:30 but they signed said they close at 5:00 so that was very inconvenient for me so I have to give it another time and another day"
