"Long time residents (from the beginning of development) should be treated better. You’re told one thing and when you follow up on them, it’s different than what you were originally told. Good tenants who have done everything themselves (that should be taken care of by management and maintenance) to keep their place nice do not receive the same in return unfortunately. Might be different for other residents who are fortunate to get everything they ask for/need at the drop of a hat. What one resident requests and gets right away all the time, should apply to other residents (legacy, loyal residents that care about & do everything themselves for their home) who ask/need the same thing should be treated fairly & receive the same but that’s not the case."

The Community Manager Dayna Wagenhals does such a great job in providing the residents all the support they need. The maintenance and repairs have been timely and superb.
